Freedom is Love

(Tribute to the late Emmit Till, Ahmaud Arbery, George Floyd...)

Freedom is Love

When my neighborhood is protected by cops instead of being violated by Cops

When I can walk in any neighborhood and NOT be shot

When I can own my Black Business at the same level of community support as my White Counterpart

When I can walk any streets without being treated like a criminal

When I can drive on any highway and not be followed for suspicion of a crime

When I can marry whom I want and be accepted into society as normal

When I can enter this country and achieve my goal of success instead of living in fear of being deported When I can work on any job and not be treated like I can only be the maid

When I can take my maid work to the level of being a successful Black

Business with the same respect as a White Business owner

When my Black kids can play with Brown and White kids without hearing the word N___ er

When every movie depicting a community or any part of America shows the diverse country we are

When segregation in schools and churches, all over America, is wiped out

When everyone treats me with the respect that I deserve

When you can look at me and see my qualities instead of my Color

When I can live out the constitution in, not the pursuit of, but the

achievement of, a better life with liberty, justice and equality

When I can be seen in the Emergency Room before I pass out or die waiting

When fighting for my civil liberties is not an eternal, personal struggle

Then & Only Then Freedom IS Love!!!
